Seminar investments and costs will be discussed during our first meeting, and the full break down proposal will be delivered by email so you are able to view all inclusions and options available.

We recommend beginning with seminar 1 inititially, and completing this training first. Then we are able to arrange seminar 2 bookings. We are able to discuss options best suited for your organisation in terms of session times and staff attendance rosters.

  • What is person-centered care?
  • Effective communication and what some barriers might be? A case study into some misconceptions and barriers to communication and learning how to smash them wide open.
  • Disability diversity! What is it and what is my role in supporting it?
  • My participants support TEAM! Let’s talk about families, carers, and friends and the role of the support worker within that team.
  • Why do I need to be an expert in learning about people and what on earth is the “trip up effect?” An in-depth look at some of the barriers to learning.
