Welcome to DC Crew. By accessing our website, using our services, or engaging with our team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We keep things simple, transparent, and respectful — just how we work.

1. Who We Are

DC Crew Support Co. (“DC Crew”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides disability support services for NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. We are based in Australia and operate in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct, the NDIS Practice Standards (as relevant to unregistered providers), and Australian Consumer Law.

2. Using Our Website

When you use our website, you agree to:

  • Use it for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or damage the site
  • Not attempt to access data or systems without permission

All content on this site (text, images, branding, design, logo) remains the property of DC Crew unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reproduce it without written permission.

3. Our Services

We provide support services based on availability, suitability, and alignment with a participant’s goals and needs. All services:

  • Are delivered in a safe, respectful, rights-based manner
  • Follow participant choice and control
  • Do not include restrictive practices
  • Require accurate information from the participant or nominee to deliver safely

Service availability is not guaranteed and may change depending on staff capacity, risk, or suitability.

4. Bookings, Cancellations & Changes

We follow standard NDIS cancellation expectations and fair use principles.

4.1 Participant-Initiated Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule a shift, please notify us as soon as possible. Short-notice cancellations may incur a charge in line with your signed Service Agreement.

4.2 Provider-Initiated Changes

We may reschedule or cancel a shift if:

  • A worker is sick
  • A worker becomes unavailable last-minute
  • There are safety concerns
  • Environmental/household risks are present

We will always notify you and offer alternatives where possible.

5. Safety & Environment

We have a duty of care to provide safe work conditions for our staff. Services may be paused or changed if:

  • The work environment is unsafe
  • Aggressive behaviour is present
  • There is risk of harm
  • Legal or compliance issues arise

We will communicate openly and work with you to resolve issues where possible.

6. Conduct & Respect

DC Crew maintains a zero-tolerance stance on:

  • Violence or threats
  • Abuse (verbal, physical, psychological)
  • Discrimination
  • Harassment
  • Bullying

Workers have the right to leave immediately if they feel unsafe.

Participants and workers are expected to communicate respectfully, follow boundaries, and engage in the service relationship in good faith.

7. Fees, Invoicing & Payment

  • Fees are charged in line with the NDIS Price Guide (or agreed price for non-NDIS services).
  • Plan-managed participants: invoices are sent to the plan manager.
  • Self-managed participants: payment is due within the timeframe listed on the invoice.
  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused services until resolved.

8. Service Agreements

Before starting supports, participants sign a Service Agreement outlining:

  • Services provided
  • Rights & responsibilities
  • Cancellation terms
  • Fees
  • Start dates
  • Communication expectations

Your Service Agreement takes precedence over this Terms & Conditions page where details differ.
